This is a Pre-Order for an item that is not yet released, these items are purchased directly from the US and the price includes all shipping and handling.

Payment:
You can pay with cash, swipe, or transfer. Once payment is made, the order request will be sent to the US store. Payment must be made prior to this item’s release date.

Delivery:
Once the order is processed, it will usually take between 3 to 7 business days (depending on stock quantity) for it to be shipped to Aruba. When the item is in Aruba it can take up to 14 business days the be cleared by customs (Aduana). Once cleared, we will notify you and deliver the item to you. The whole process can take up to 21 business days.

Return Policy

Once purchased, these items can only be returned, refunded, or exchanged if:

• Item was received broken or damaged upon delivery without prior notification.
• size measurement is incorrect.
• order was placed within the 7 days grace period. Once the 7 days have passed, the item can not be returned.

When returning an item, make sure that the item is returned in the same condition that it was delivered with its receipt/invoice.
