Standard Local Delivery
Standard Local Delivery is our free delivery service available Island Wide (Aruba).
Delivery runs for this service will run between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Local Delivery FAST
FAST delivery service is a premium delivery service that cost just Afl. 5,- and is available island-wide (Aruba).
With this service, your items will be delivered to you within 3 hours after the order has been placed or the next morning (if the order has been placed after 3:45 pm).
Delivery runs for this service will run
between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm
between 1.30 pm and 3.00 pm
between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm
From Monday to Saturday
Between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
* Sunday delivery is only for orders that have been placed on Saturday after 3:45 pm
We offer online delivery for all digital items. In order to receive your item online, you must pay for your order using an online banking payment method.
Most of these items will be delivered within 1 hour after the payment has been received. In rare cases it may take a bit longer, if this is the case with your order, we will contact you to let you know.
Once your digital item or code has been delivered, you can view it on your “orders” page.
- From the homepage, tap on “My Account”
- Tap on Orders
- Tap on the digital item you’ve purchased (Must be a completed order)
- Tap on view
- View your code in the order Update timeline.
We accept bank transfers from all local Banks (Aruba).
U.S. Orders Delivery
If the item you’ve purchased is from the US order selection, the item will be delivered to you within 3 weeks. Usually within 14 business days.
For US orders you can choose to pay the item in full or a downpayment first.
If you want to pay a downpayment, then you must make the purchase from the website.
Your order will not be processed unless payment has been made.
Once your item has been shipped, it can not be canceled, changed, or refunded anymore.
