Once purchased, these items can only be returned, refunded, or exchanged if:

• Item was received broken or damaged upon delivery without prior notification.
• size measurement is incorrect.
• order was placed within the 7 days grace period. Once the 7 days have passed, the item can not be returned.

When returning an item, make sure that the item is returned in the same condition that it was delivered with its receipt/invoice.
