1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions E Game Corner constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Living The Island Way Online Services (doing business as E Game Corner). 2. Gift Card Sourcing & Delivery Model

E Game Corner distributes digital gift cards using a secure “dropshipping” model.

• Authorized Issuer: We source the majority of our codes through the official Amazon Gift Cards system (issued by ACI Gift Cards, Inc.).

• Secure Storage: Our system generates codes directly from the provider upon purchase. We store these codes in our secure database and link them strictly to your unique User ID.

• Visibility: You are the only person who can view your codes unless you explicitly request delivery via a third-party app.

3. Digital Products & Strict Refund Policy

We maintain a strict policy regarding digital goods:

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot return, refund, or exchange a digital code once our system generates it for your account.

• User Accuracy: You must enter the correct email or phone number. We do not accept responsibility if a user provides incorrect contact information.

4. Liability & Scam Awareness

Our digital codes are for personal use only. We want to protect our community from fraud:

• Scams: E Game Corner is not responsible if you fall victim to a gift card scam. We cannot reverse transactions if you send a code to a third party.

• Theft/Loss: We are not liable for stolen or lost codes after delivery. We strongly recommend that you redeem your code immediately upon receipt.

5. Third-Party Messaging Apps

While we offer delivery via WhatsApp or Telegram, these are third-party services. If you choose these methods, you acknowledge that we do not control their security protocols. We are not liable for breaches that occur on those platforms.

6. Governing Law in Aruba

The laws of Aruba govern these Terms and Conditions E Game Corner. Both parties consent that the courts of Aruba have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to these terms.
