PlayStation Store Voucher Types #

PlayStation Store Gift Card codes contain twelve digits. If you have a ten-digit code, this is then a discount code, please see the “How to redeem a Discount Code” section of this article.

PlayStation Store Voucher Restrictions #

• The voucher code must be for the same region as your account. If you have a physical card, look for a printed flag indicating its country. All codes sold on E Game Corner, LevelUP App, or eCards Aruba are for the US region only and must be redeemed on an account with a US region PlayStation store.
• In order to redeem some subscription vouchers, you may need a valid payment method on the account.
• PlayStation®Plus trial vouchers can only be redeemed on accounts that have not previously subscribed to PlayStation Plus.
• It is not possible to transfer funds or content between accounts, so make sure to redeem your code on the correct account.

Redeem a PlayStation Store Voucher on a Web Browser #

1. Go to PlayStation Store and click on your Avatar at the top of the screen.
2. Select Redeem Codes from the drop-down menu.
3. Carefully enter the code and select Redeem.
4. The credit or content is now applied to your account.

Redeem a PlayStation Store Voucher on the PlayStation Mobile App #

1. Open the PlayStation Mobile App.
2. Tap on the PlayStation Store icon on the bottom toolbar menu.
3. Tap on the hamburger (dropdown) menu at the top right of the screen and select Redeem Code.
4. Carefully enter the code and select Redeem.
5. The credit or content is now applied to your account.

Redeem a PlayStation Store Voucher on a PlayStation 4 #

1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Redeem Codes.
3. Enter the code and select Redeem.

You can also redeem a voucher code during checkout by selecting Redeem Codes and Gift Cards from the payment method menu.

Redeem a PlayStation Store Voucher on a PlayStation 5 #

1. Go to PlayStation Store > scroll to the bottom of the sidebar > Redeem Codes.
2. Carefully enter the code and select Redeem.
3. The credit or content is now applied to your account.

Redeem a discount code on PlayStation Store #

A discount code can be applied to your PlayStation Store shopping cart.

1. On your device, go to the PlayStation Store and add items to your Cart.
2. Select Enter Discount Code.
3. Enter the 10-digit discount code.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Please note, a discount code cannot be applied to subscription services (like PS Plus), video content, or pre-orders. A discount code cannot be combined with other discount codes or have multiple uses for one account.
